How Capability Transfer Makes the Engagement Unnecessary
Capability Transfer documents what the client’s team learned to do during the engagement and what still needs development. The goal of every engagement is to make itself unnecessary, so this artifact measures how far the team has come: which skills transferred successfully, which processes are self-sustaining, and where continued coaching or support may still be needed. It assesses the organization’s readiness to operate independently so the handoff plan addresses real gaps.
