What It Is
The Conflict Log documents where workstreams compete for resources, time, or attention, and how those conflicts were resolved. It’s a decision record for the trade-offs made during roadmap integration, capturing what was decided, why, and what was sacrificed.
Why It Matters
Integrated roadmaps require trade-offs. When two workstreams need the same team in the same sprint, somebody has to wait. The Conflict Log captures these decisions so they don’t get revisited and so the team can trace back to the reasoning when downstream consequences emerge.
