What It Is
The Dependency Map shows cross-workstream dependencies that determine sequencing. It takes the dependency diagram from the architecture work and the milestone sequences and produces a map showing exactly which milestones in one workstream gate milestones in another.
Why It Matters
The integrated roadmap is only as good as its dependency awareness. Without the dependency map, workstreams plan independently and discover conflicts during execution; with it, conflicts get surfaced and resolved during planning.
