What It Is
Milestone Sequences define the ordered deliverables within each workstream with realistic timelines. Each sequence maps the critical path through a workstream: what must happen first, what can run in parallel, and where the natural breakpoints are.
Why It Matters
A list of milestones isn’t a sequence. Teams need to know what they’re delivering and the order that makes the work buildable. Milestone sequences reveal the internal logic of each workstream so integration across workstreams becomes possible.
