What It Is
Workstream Scoping is the final scope definition for each workstream, validated by leads in collaborative sessions. It takes the workstream definitions from the architecture work, stress-tests them against stakeholder perspectives and risk analysis, and locks in what each workstream will deliver.
Why It Matters
Scope that isn’t validated by the people doing the work isn’t real scope. This artifact closes the gap between what leadership thinks each workstream will deliver and what the workstream leads know they can actually deliver.
